We start with a sourdough base and make every bagel in-house, every day. Each one is mixed, hand-rolled, boiled, and baked over a three-day process that creates a crisp exterior with a soft, chewy interior—and real flavor, no shortcuts.

Our mission is to bring true New York–inspired bagels to the Cape using honest, high-quality ingredients: unbleached, unbromated Vermont-milled flour, sea salt, water, and organic malt. No fillers, no gimmicks—just the real deal.
